Mail Club FAQ's

Shipping Dates and ETA's

Each month's mail ships out sometime between the last four days of the previous month. You should expect your fun mail to arrive within the first 7-14 days of each month. Please allow for up to 21 business days for international shipping to arrive. July's edition is scheduled to ship on June 29th!

  • Sign up before the 21st of the month -> You will be included in next month's delivery
  • Sign up after the 21st of the month -> You will be included in the following month's delivery

For Example:

  • Sign up on June 20th -> First delivery should arrive in July
  • Sign up on June 21st -> First delivery should arrive in August

How do the membership tiers work?

There are three membership options for those that live in the United States:

  1. The first tier is a one-time purchase of the next month's edition, so long as you sign up before the 21st of the month!
  2. The second and most popular tier is the monthly subscription in which every month from the day you signed up, a recurring charge will appear on your account so that you receive each month's edition.
  3. The third tier is also an initial one-time charge, but of three months' worth of editions at a discounted rate! You will be charged for those three months on the day you sign up! This charge will reoccur on the fourth month if you so wish to continue with this tier, but you are free to cancel or change your membership at any time.

International (Outside the U.S.):

  1. As of right now, there is only the option to buy a one-time edition of the Artist Expedition for those residing outside of the United States! However, this does not mean you cannot receive every month's edition! You can check back usually the second week of each month to purchase the upcoming edition or allow yourself to receive email updates from the shop in your Customer Portal, so you can stay up to date on releases!

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the day you signup, and then on the same day for every following month depending on your choice of membership!

For example: If you sign up for the monthly subscription on June 11th, you will be billed that day and receive July's edition when it is shipped at the end of the month. Your next billing date will be July 11th. If you happen to sign up after the 21st of any month, say June 27th, you will be billed that day and then again on July 27th, but you will not receive your first print until August per the cutoff date. Your July 27th billing will guarantee you September's edition and so forth.

Do you ship internationally? (Outside the United States)

Yes! The Artist Expedition Club is available every month in 188 regions and countries including but not limited to: Canada, Australia, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain. As of right now, there is not an option for those outside the United States to subscribe to the monthly releases, but that does not mean you cannot receive the monthly editions! As long as your settings are set to receive emails from the store, you will be notified when the next edition is ready for order!

What should I do if I have not received my mail?

Once each month's edition is shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for any U.S. deliveries. For international shipping, please allow up to 21 business days for your edition to arrive! If it is past the delivery window, please email me at melmarieart@gmail.com with your: first and last name, shipping address and the date in which you joined the Artist Expedition Club. This is so that I can verify your order and shipment and help to resolve the issue!

How can I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription anytime on the Customer Portal! However, if you cancel after the next month's edition has already been shipped, you will still receive that edition, no refunds.
