Order Processing The Artist Expedition Club memberships typically ship at the end of each month. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before your billing date, as I am unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.

Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via USPS.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-14 business days depending on your location. Since The Artist Expedition Club is shipped via envelope and stamp, tracking is not available.

International Shipping International shipping is available in 188 regions and countries. International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. All applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — there are no surprise fees upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at melmarieart@gmail.com with your first and last name, shipping address and the date in which you signed up for the Artist Expedition Club. I will work with USPS to either locate your envelope or fix the situation!

Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is up to date in your account before the end of the month. I am unable to make address changes once an edition has shipped. Update your address at https://melmarieart.com/account.
