Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final Due to the curated and limited-edition nature of the Artist Expedition Club's editions, all sales are final. Returns and/or exchanges on subscriptions and one-time purchases of the monthly editions are not accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact me at melmarieart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. Please know this was not the intention and I will happily make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations do not apply to editions that have already been charged or shipped. To cancel, log into your account at https://melmarieart.com/account.

International Orders For customers in the European Union: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact me at melmarieart@gmail.com.
